Sonny & Cher Custom 1966 Mustang Convertibles

These Mustangs both had a 289 v8 with three-speed automatic transmissions and were sent from the assembly line to George Barris to be customized for Sonny & Cher. The Mustangs received new front fascias, Ford Thunderbird taillights, shaved door handles, flared fenders and wild custom interiors and paint jobs. Both Mustangs were recently auctioned off as a pair at Barrett Jackson in Scottsdale AZ.
